Donate Used Books

We welcome donations of clean, recent books. Most will be given to the branch’s Friends of the Library groups for sale – proceeds benefit the library.

Generally, the Friends groups accept current books published in the last 20 years in the categories of fiction, nonfiction, coffee table art books and children’s books.

​

Storage is limited so we cannot accept magazines, dictionaries, travel guides, reference books and  do-it-yourself manuals or health books older than two years. CDs, DVDs and VHS tapes are also not accepted.

Gifts will be accepted with the understanding that the library system has the right to dispose of the gifts in any manner the library system deems suitable.
