Types of Library Cards Available...

Anyone who lives, works, attends school, or owns property in Ohio is eligible to sign up for a free Warren-Trumbull County Public Library card. A Library card can be your connection to the world!
 

Whether you would like all the borrowing privileges that come with a full-service library card, you need our limited child/teen card, or you are most interested in downloading and streaming items from our digital library, there is an option for you!

Services offered by the W-TCPL...

All W-TCPL locations offer copy and fax services, public computer access, and WiFi.

Liberty Library to be Closed May 8 through 13, 2023

(04/14/2023) - The Liberty Library, 415 Churchill-Hubbard Rd., Youngstown, will be closed Monday, May 8, through Saturday, May 13, for work to replace the building's entry doors and tilework in the vestibule. The Library is scheduled to reopen as usual at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 15. Warren-Trumbull County Public Library locations in Cortland, Howland, Lordstown, and Warren will be open usual hours during the Liberty Library closure; check the library website for hours at www.WTCPL.org. Digital materials including eBooks, eAudiobooks, videos, and more are available 24/7; visit the library website to browse the digital library. The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library includes locations in Brookfield, Cortland, Howland, Liberty, Lordstown, and Warren; a Bookmobile; and Library-by-Mail service.
