Anyone who lives, works, attends school, or owns property in Ohio is eligible to sign up for a free Warren-Trumbull County Public Library card. A Library card can be your connection to the world!
 

Whether you would like all the borrowing privileges that come with a full-service library card, you need our limited child/teen card, or you are most interested in downloading and streaming items from our digital library, there is an option for you!

Library Board Reorganizes for 2024

(01/03/2024) - The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library Board of Trustees has reorganized for 2024. The following individuals will serve as board officers: James Duff, president; Melissa Lattanzi, vice president; and Michael McGee, secretary. The officers are joined on the board by members Paulette Edington, Donald Emerson, Jr., Franklin Manios, and Karen Scher. Four library board members are appointed by the county commissioners and three by the judges of the Common Pleas Court. All appointees serve unpaid, seven-year terms. Library board meetings will be held at 5 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month at the Warren Library, 444 Mahoning Avenue NW in Warren, or other designated location. The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library includes libraries in Brookfield, Cortland, Howland, Liberty, Lordstown, and Warren; a Bookmobile; and Library-By-Mail Service.
