Types of Library Cards Available...

Anyone who lives, works, attends school, or owns property in Ohio is eligible to sign up for a free Warren-Trumbull County Public Library card. A Library card can be your connection to the world!
 

Whether you would like all the borrowing privileges that come with a full-service library card, you need our limited child/teen card, or you are most interested in downloading and streaming items from our digital library, there is an option for you!

All W-TCPL locations offer copy and fax services, public computer access, and WiFi.

Local History & Genealogy Center adjusts hours during January

(01/04/2024) - The Local History & Genealogy Center located on the second floor of the Warren Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW, will have adjusted hours during January 2024. Local History & Genealogy Center hours between Jan. 4 through Jan. 31 will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; 12 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday; and closed on Saturday and Sunday. No other library hours will change during this time. Requests for information from the Local History & Genealogy Center can be submitted anytime through an online Research Request Form located on the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library website at www.WTCPL.org. The library website also includes many digitized genealogy resources, including access to Ancestry: Library Edition. For more information about the Local History & Genealogy Center, call (330) 399-8807 ext. 202. The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library includes libraries in Brookfield, Cortland, Howland, Liberty, Lordstown, and Warren; a Bookmobile; and Library-By-Mail service.
