Types of Library Cards Available...

Anyone who lives, works, attends school, or owns property in Ohio is eligible to sign up for a free Warren-Trumbull County Public Library card. A Library card can be your connection to the world!
 

Whether you would like all the borrowing privileges that come with a full-service library card, you need our limited child/teen card, or you are most interested in downloading and streaming items from our digital library, there is an option for you!

All W-TCPL locations offer copy and fax services, public computer access, and WiFi.

Warren-Trumbull County Public Library to Begin Summer Hours June 1 at all Locations

(05/24/2021) - Libraries in the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library system will be moving to summer hours beginning June 1.

New Hours Effective June 1, 2021:

Brookfield Library (7032 Grove St.): Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri., & Sat., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Wed. 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sun. closed. Cortland Library (578 Lakeview Dr.): Mon. & Wed. 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Tues., Thurs., Fri., & Sat., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sun. closed. Howland Library (9095 East Market St.): Mon., Wed., Fri. & Sat., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tues. & Thurs. 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sun. closed. Liberty Library (415 Churchill-Hubbard Rd.): Mon., Wed., Fri. & Sat., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tues. & Thurs. 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sun. closed. Lordstown Library (1471 Salt Springs Rd.): Mon. 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Tues., Thurs. & Fri., 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Wed., Sat. & Sun., closed. Warren Library (444 Mahoning Ave. NW): Mon. & Wed. 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Tues., Thurs., Fri. & Sat., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sun. closed.
